What is R3?

Your workbook reflections stay in this app's memory only and clear on exit; nothing about your reflections or device progress is sent or stored remotely. CRM contacts are not Cloud users.
What is saved?
Your workbook reflections stay in this app's memory only and clear when you leave or refresh — they are never sent anywhere. With “Remember my place” off, nothing is stored. With it on, only the practice ID, your last step, and favorite practice IDs are kept on this device — no account, no sync, no answers. The optional R3 AI is currently Off and lives on a separate internal test host; it never receives your reflections or device progress.
